All our rooms have independent entrance. The bedrooms can accommodate only two people on a double bed, there is not enough space to add an extra bed or baby cot. Our
hotel does not have adjoining rooms. Every room has a balcony with a view overlooking the sea, private bathroom and shower, independent air-conditioning and central
heating combo, small fridge, small safe, TV, free Wi-Fi extended also in the beach in front of the hotel, USB connection to charge mobile phone and a kettle to make
tea /coffee. Whit the price of the rooms as a promotion it is also included beach service with umbrellas and sun beds, towels for the beach are not supplied. We only
provide Breakfast Service.
THE SUITES (MINI APARTMENT WITH KITCHENETTE)
We also have two Suites (mini apartment) with a kitchenette and a folding dining table. The Suites belong to the residence category, therefore, breakfast and
the daily cleaning of the rooms it is not included in the price. The two Suites on the first floor of the hotel have independent entrance, a balcony overlooking
the sae front, private bathroom kitchenette which is fully equipped with Microwave, bathroom towels and bed linen. It can accommodate two persons, occasionally on
demand, we can add one extra bed for children, but we do not have baby cot. The suites have air-conditioning and central heating combo, hairdryer, TV, free Wi-Fi
extended also in the beach in front of the hotel, USB connection to charge mobile phone, small safe and a small washing-machines. There are no hidden costs for the
final cleaning, providing the Suite it is left in a decorous manner. Whit the price of the Suite as a promotion it is also included beach service with umbrellas and
sun beds, towels for the beach are not supplied.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND SERViCES
We do have a parking facility in the Council Public car park. When you reach the last Spiaggia Urbani carpark, you see Ristorante Vittoria, please call Tel
Nos: 0039-071 9330975 / 0039-071 4606799, we will come to collect you with your luggage and take you to the hotel. You will be given a Free Carpark Pass in order
to park in the space assigned for the hotel. Upon your departure you shall have the same service. All Suites and Rooms have exclusive access to the first-floor
terrace facing the sea front with a hydromassage jacuzzi.
A gentle reminder to all our customers to please send your Car Number Plate in your confirmation mail for the ZTL which shall be forwarded to the local Police
Office to avoid any Penalty Tickets. Please note the check-in time is available from 12:00 hours and it will (close at 18.00 hours. For any unforeseen problem please

Due to the limited number of Rooms and Suites in the high season we can only accept bookings for minimum of 5/6 nights. For less nights or weekends, you can call
for a last-minute booking to check availability. There is always a good chance to find vacancies between bookings. If you want to book less then 4 nights, we require
full payment in advance. All major credit cards are accepted.
